“Ilana Halperin: The Rock Cycle (Yamaguchi)” Book Launch Event 「イラナ・ハルペリン:ロックサイクル(ヤマグチ)」アーティストブック完成記念イベント

Join us for a talk and discussion to celebrate the launch of the new publication “Ilana Halperin: The Rock Cycle (Yamaguchi)”. 10.30am (BST) Saturday 1st May 2021 via Zoom (English language). Ilana and Naoko will be joined by our Yamaguchi colleagues who contributed to the publication: Yoshihisa Nakano (Artist, and Professor at Yamaguchi University); Keijiro Suzuki (Contemporary Artist); and Kazuhiro Tanaka (Professor Emeritus, Trustee, and Vice President at Yamaguchi University).

On 5 May, the National Children’s Day in Japan, as part of the celebration there will be a short video of a Kazaguruma (hand-held windmill) making workshop by Keijiro Suzuki, published through The Pier Arts Centre’s social media channels.
